Mediators

    Marianna Sarkissova and Olga Zabludovsky bring with them a combined 30+ years of leadership experience at Fortune 500 financial services companies, dealing with different types of conflict and dispute resolution.  Their co-mediation approach allows for their diverse backgrounds to come together during each mediation, helping to keep the process on track and achieving positive results in a less destructive and more comforting environment.

      Marianna and Olga bring to the table effective listening skills, empathy, and respectful attention to the needs and values of the involved parties. Their exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, combined with deep knowledge of the legal and financial aspects of the divorce process, help bring the mediation sessions to a successful conclusion that leaves all parties happy, and ready to put the past behind them.

Marianna Sarkissova

Marianna Sarkissova, partner and co-mediator. Marianna holds a Master of Science degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Moscow State University, Russia and a Masters of Public Administration degree from Baruch College, City University of NY, USA. She holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) designations and is in the Private Wealth Management sector for more than 15 years.

Marianna completed her mediation training with NJAPM.

Olga Zabludovsky

Olga Zabludovsky, managing partner and co-mediator. Olga obtained her Master of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, Saint Petersburg, Russia. She started her career as an accountant at a corporate law firm in New York City. She continued her career at major financial services firms, holding managerial positions and serving as a Vice President in the Investment Management sector for the past 20+ years. 

Olga completed her mediation training with NJAPM.
